Heart-wall hanging-new version

Hi everyone!I guess everyone is still enjoying her year end holidays!

Here is my new version of heart wall hangings recently made for my customers.

This one is for my long awaited customer in Kuantan- supposed to be a design from one of the Royal Albert collection-I still wonder whether my version works!

These 2 are without tassel-specially for my long distance customer,more of the same hearts for her -still in progress.

Hanging Teapots

Here are two of my latest creations-Hanging teapots.

U can hang in 2's or as a single.The ribbon for tying is 1 meter long

First Ribbon Embroidery kit:Spray of daisies on a plaque

My first project kit is out!The price for each kit is RM45.00 including the cost of poslaju.

What's in the kit?
1) Fabric required with embroidery design traced on it.
2)2 mounting board for front and back finishing.
3)Complete direction on the embroidery design as well as how to do the finishing(to make the plaque)
4) More pictures will be e-mailed after the kit is purchased.
5)Chenille needle #20 and crewel #9 for all the embroider work

Fabric available in 3 colors
1)off white
2)maroon(not in picture)
3) dark green.
Other color request for fabric is certainly welcomed!.

Different cushions of the same design

This is the first cushion that I did using this design.Mind you,sometimes it takes me weeks to make the design . Choosing the right color of ribbons and threads is another tough decision to make !

The cushion is light green and measures 16" x 16".



I used a multicolor sewing thread from SULKY forthe lattice work in the center of the design.Matching multicolored beads are then added .
The second version is a round 14" in diameter.I change the color of the roses , the lattice design at the center is stitched using pink multicolored embroidery floss from DMC.
The fabric is from cotton damask.I have a tough time doing the double frills since the fabric is thick.Instead of the normal sewing thread, I had to use the thread normally used for sewing denim/jeans!





The third version of this design is a pair of beige square cushions ordered by a customer for her wedding.


I didn't add the beads here,istead tiny french knots of the same thread are stitched.

GREEN CUSHION-PROGRESS WORK

I made this cushion sometimes ago and its no longer in my collection.........
This is a day by day progress work; everyday I would add in new stitches filling up the gaps here and there with different flowers until the desired design was achieved.Actually,I didn't know how the finished project would turn out to be since I didn't plan the design before I started out with the stitching.



























The finished cushion size is 18" by 18".
