My New Box

Hi everyone!

It's been a long time since I've made any rectangular shape boxes.Here's my latest box- pastel color of peachy pink( or is it pinky peach?), mixed with polka dot fabric of the same color(slightly darker shade though!).

The measurement: length=10",width=6 1/2",depth=4 1/2"
The size is as big as a shoe box.

More items of the same color coming soon!

PINK ROSES TABLE RUNNER

Hi everyone!
Another table runner done- 3 shades of pink roses.The pictures were taken in a hurry, a bit crumpled as I didn't have time to iron it properly and the customer was already waiting at that time!





I think I'll use this design and try other colors for the roses instead, yellow roses, blue roses or even purple? What do u girls reckon?

Table Runners

I have made 2 table runners with the same color combination for the ribbons.Somehow, the design arrangement/placement on one runner is different from the other.The design and ribbon colors are adapted from one of the 'famous' Royal Albert collection-upon a special request from my customer......

Design 1-with trailing rosebuds in between

The tassels are also stitched with folded ribbons of the same colors-maroon/yellow

Design 2- same color combination with a slight difference in the design .

More table runners in'the making' at the moment and as soon as they are ready, I'll put the pictures in here....

Heart Boxes

Salam n hi to everyone.
I'm adding these 2 newly made items to my heart box collection.

1)Pink Heart Box-fabric velvet,size 8" by 8" with a depth of 3"

The box-all covered with soft bright pink velvet,just hope it will brighten up the owner's face when she receive this !

2)Maroon Velvet Heart Box- same size as the one above.

I added small pink folded roses instead of the regular daisy like flowers , with a darker shade of larger roses in the center

The bottom part of the box- big enough to stuff in your precious jewelleries!

I'll post more of my newly made creations later.As for now, happy viewing everyone!

RE CLASSES RESUME -Starting May onwards

Salam to all!

I'm glad to inform that I will start teaching ribbon embroidery again.The classes will be held at my house in USJ, Subang Jaya.

Maximum of 5 students/class, confirmation is 3 days before the class is on.

Class schedule :-
TUESDAY,WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY
1) Morning session-10am-12.30 afternoon
2)Afternoon session-2.30 pm-5.00pm

Class fee:-
RM60/session
There will be 6 sessions upon the completion of the whole course . On 1 of the sessions , I will just concentrate on the bullion roses technique .

Latest cushions

Hi everyone!
I haven't been doing many cushions lately. The pair of cushions below have been ordered specially for our 'first lady'.

The fabric is from silk and I really hope that she will like my choice of the overall color combination .

Design on one cushion is a mirror image of the other

This cushion is for 'someone special' on a coming event next weekend.I cannot decide which to give her;design 2 or design 3 below.What do you girls think?2 or 3?

Hopefully, I'll be doing more cushions later on.At the moment, my hands are full with other orders.ANYBODY WILLING TO HELP ME OUT?hehe

CREATIVE WORKSHOP IN SHAH ALAM

These pictures are taken during 'The Creative Workshop' carnival organised by MBSA(Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam) in Section 7, Shah Alam.I was invited to demonstrate my work there.
The other participants includes, folk artist, a florist, costume jewellery artist and products from recycled newspapers under NGO-Mawaddah(organisation for single mothers)
